Step into an education in the classical tradition, rooted in truth, beauty, and goodness—

Wildlings Cottage School

A classical education

Wildlings Cottage School is an option 3 homeschool hybrid community grounded in Charlotte Mason's educational philosophy and classical tradition. We support families through co-op learning days, drop-off options, and rich curriculum rooted in living books, nature study, and habit formation. Our program serves both as a guiding light for families walking the homeschool path and as a hands-on learning space for students. We offer group studies, workshops, and a nurturing community where education is not a checklist—but a way of life.

Mission Statement

At Wildlings Cottage School, we believe that the sacred work of raising and educating children has been entrusted to parents by God.

Our mission is to walk alongside families—supporting, equipping, and strengthening them as they nurture hearts, shape character, and inspire young minds.

We hold fast to the belief that each child is a whole person, fearfully and wonderfully made.

Education, then, should be as whole as the child—reaching mind, body, and spirit.

It should nourish their wonder, refine their attention, and form habits that prepare them to serve and lead with wisdom and grace.

We desire that our students be

like a tree planted beside flowing streams that bears its fruit in its season,

and its leaf does not wither. Whatever he does prospers.” (Psalm 1:3).

Our aim is to see each child flourish; in knowledge, in virtue, in leadership, and in a growing walk with Jesus, the true source of wisdom and life.

Learning in Community

Community Days

Rooted in the Charlotte Mason philosophy, our co-op offers a hybrid model that blends the richness of home education with the benefits of communal learning.

Wildlings Nature Group

We meet the first Friday of each month, returning to the same park all year to observe seasonal changes. Together we cultivate wonder, attentiveness, and a love for God’s creation; walking, journaling, and enjoying fellowship as we learn side by side.

Wildlings House of Education
Narration Club

A space for scholars to share what they’ve read in their own words; through written or spoken narrations.it helps build the habits of attention, reflection, and joyful learning. It’s also a great way for kids to post their narrations when mom’s a little busy—because learning never waits!
